Like a mermaid falling into a black hole is a written description of what you can expect from Shoegaze and experimental rock pioneers, My Bloody Valentine. I’ve always had a deep appreciation for My Bloody Valentine for their experimentation and unique soundscape from the late 1980s and 1990s.

When the group made their triumphant return in 2013 with their third studio album m b v, I was excited, to say the least. The group didn’t disappoint and brought a seamless transition into their record that’s a bit of an extension and addition to their most notable record Loveless.
