Live Music Recommendations #11 – Queens of the Stone Age – Live Montreux Festival (2018)
It’s challenging to find another band that has a similar sound to Queens of the Stone Age. Vocal deliveries, off filtered guitar playing, driving drums, and mischievous yet catchy tunes encompasses who Queens of the Stone Age is.
I’ve been a fan of the group for quite some time and their 2013 record …Like Clockwork is an immaculate piece of music that demonstrates how far the group has come since their early beginnings as a desert rock band.
This Live Music Recommendation features a performance by Queens of the Stone Age live from the Montreux Festival (2018). As always, their performance is intense and monumental. Definitely check it out and give their discography a listen if you haven’t already.
