Today was a great day since a vinyl I ordered from My Bloody Valentine back in May arrived. I originally ordered MBV and isn’t anything earlier in the year when they announced the repressings, but missed out on the classic in Loveless. I was extremely delighted to see they offered a second pressing shortly after, but had to patiently wait for it to ship out until October.

It was certainly worth the wait because this latest pressing is magnificent. The deluxe edition features a fully analog cut, a gatefold tip-on, and board-mounted sleeve, a black heavyweight lp, and a download card (24-bit, 16-bit, mp3). Feels good knowing I have their entire catalog on vinyl now (plus two copies of loveless!).
